You can have my support for a one-off project or on a regular basis. I will usually visit you in your home or office but can provide support over the telephone or on the internet.
Putting plans into action
I follow a simple process to establish your needs and to plan solutions. You then have several options to help you put the plans into action:
- You can ask me to complete the whole solution for you;
- You can take a pick-and-mix solution whereby you do part and I can support you with the rest;
- You can get support from me over the telephone or the internet while you implement the solutions;
- You may wish to put the solutions in place yourself without further help from me.
Once a project has been completed I can offer you retainer packages for ongoing updates and ongoing support. If you ever find you need my help, I’ll always be there to support you.
