Do you belong to any professional organisations?
Yes. We are members of APDO (Association of Professional Declutters and Organisers UK).
How much is this going to cost?
We charge based on what you would like us to do for you and what budget you have. We will speak or meet with you first to establish this and agree a price before we start any work for you. You will get a feel of the types of costs that might be involved if you look at our case studies.
Our fees are structured around an hourly, half day, daily or project rate. We also charge a monthly retainer rate for those clients who like to use our services on a regular basis. Mileage is only charged if we have to travel over 50 miles for Marlborough.
What hours do you work? What days of the week are you available?
Our normal working hours are Monday – Friday 9.00 am – 5.00 pm. However, in special circumstances we will work outside of these hours and at weekends or Bank Holidays as necessary.
I need someone to help me with some sensitive information. Can I trust you?
Definitely, yes! We see working with clients as a privilege and, therefore, we treat all information as confidential. Sammy is Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) checked every 3 years (most recent February 2015). We also are registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office so you can be assured that your data and records are secure with us.
Do you take away any donations, consignments, and trash? If so, do you charge a fee for this service?
Strictly Organised is registered with Wiltshire Council as a Waste Carrier so we are authorised to take things away from your home. Depending on the type of waste there may be a small fee to pay (e.g. specialist shredding services) but we feel it is important to remove things once they have been sorted as soon as possible. Clearing the clutter feels sooo good!

We are great believers in collaboration, so we have contacts with all sorts of brilliant people who supply superb services. We can arrange for you to deal with them directly or we can manage them as part of our service to you. These are people that we know, trust and, in a lot of cases, use ourselves, so you can be assured that they work with the same Strictly Organised values in mind. How do you keep up to date with current trends and techniques?
We love to learn new things so we try to keep abreast of new technologies and techniques by reading widely, attending conferences and training days and working with very knowledgeable specialists in areas like IT and business solutions.
Do you bring the necessary supplies, or do I purchase them separately?
We carry around with a mini stationery store so we have most things to hand especially at the early stages of any projects. If there is a requirement for more than one or two files or specialist supplies we can help to source and order them for you ready for our next visit.
Do you work internationally?
Some of our clients spend a lot of their time abroad. We help to keep their life ticking over in the UK by managing property, cars, insurance, bank accounts, pets and anything else that they may need. We keep in regular contact with our clients giving them complete piece of mind whilst they are away.
Are you insured?
Yes. We have professional indemnity cover.
